We want you to love your Sleeping With Sirens apparel, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
